Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Dermal Aesthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advanced skin treatments, excellent client care skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced skin treatments including facials, chemical peels, micro-needling, dermaplaning, and other non-invasive therapies
Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop tailored treatment plans for clients
Educate clients on skincare, products, and post-treatment care
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and treatment protocols
Assist in recommending and retailing professional skincare products
Work closely with our medical team to ensure seamless client experiences
Stay up to date with the latest in aesthetics trends, treatments, and product innovations
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Somatology / Dermal Aesthetics (NQF6 or higher)
Experience in advanced aesthetics background.
Experience with Lamelle and Mesoestetics
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic
Valid CIDESCO, SAAHSP or CIBTAC qualification (preferred)
Experience with medical-grade skincare brands and equipment
Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanour
Strong communication and consultation skills
